In General: How can I bring something to your attention?

Do you ship orders during the Winter months?

Yes, we ship plant orders all year long and every day of the year. For orders to colder States with temperatures below 50 ℉  and/or from November throughout April, we strongly recommend to add a Heat Pack. One Heat Pack protects 3 to 4 house plants from freezing during transit. The weight of a Heat Pack does not affect the shipping charges.


Can I return an order?

Due to the nature of our product we can not accept returns of live houseplants without a real issue. A houseplant is a living creature and most likely wouldn’t survive a second journey back to our facilities.

When you receive your plant damaged or in a questionable condition due to a rough shipping journey then please take one or two pictures of the plant (showing the alleged problem) and mail them with a brief description to support@houseplantexperience.com. We will do everything in our power to make you a happy customer again. Promised!


Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to change or even cancel your order that has already been submitted to us, please do so as soon as possible via our contact form support@houseplantexperience.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please understand that once your order has been processed and the shipping process has started, we will not be able to make any changes. However we will still try to find an acceptable solution for you.


Can I change the shipping address of my order?

If you need to change the shipping address of your order that has already been submitted to us, please do so as soon as possible via our contact form support@houseplantexperience.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note also here that once your order has been processed and the shipping process has started, we will not be able to make any changes. That said, we will still try to find an acceptable solution for you.


What is the delivery time of my order?

In general, once we have send you a conformation of the receipt of your order we need about 3 or 4 days to process and prepare it for shipment. You will then receive the tracking information regarding your shipment. Depending on the location of the shipment, it takes 3 to 5 days to arrive at its destination. Please be informed that during the Holiday Season the processing time will often take a little longer.
