The packaging materials we use are -of course- environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and ship our orders 'carbon neutral' as much as possible.
We generally ship your orders within 2-4 business days.We have partnered with Fedex and with USPS and we ship your order throughout the Contiguous States of the US which ensures fast and professional delivery at all times. (average transit time is 3-5 days)
We advise you to purchase a so-called"heat pack"for areas where it gets below 50 °F in Winter. A heat pack protects your plant(s) from freezing during transit. One heat pack protects up to 4 plants in one shipping carton. (a heat pack doesn't add weight to the total order!)

Botanical Name: Pachira aquatica
-
Common Name(s): Guiana Chestnut, Money Tree
- Description: Native to central and South America, the Money Tree is a braided tree that can grow up to 6-8 feet indoors or be trained as a bonsai. In east Asia, the Money Tree is often used by those who practice Feng Shui to bring positive "Chi", or energy, into the room, thus being a popular housewarming gift. On top of that, it is a hardy plant that requires relatively low maintenance. It can tolerate direct sunlight, but prefers bright indirect light, lots of water, and warm temperatures.
Care:
- Light: Pachira houseplants grown outdoors prefers full sun to part shade and will even grow in full shade. Indoors keep the plant where it will get bright light for most but not all of the day. Rotate the indoor plant by a one-quarter turn once a week to keep it balanced and to avoid its leaves reaching for the light from only one side.
- Pet Friendly: Yes
- Water: Also called Water Chestnut, Guiana or Malabar Chestnut, Money Tree or Saba Nut, Pachira is happy with regular, deep waterings or even flooding now and then if you plant is near a creek or stream. Give both indoor and outdoor plants a deep soaking at least once a week or more if the weather is very hot and keep the soil consistently moist in the Summer.
- Humidity: Medium
- Temperature: Pachira houseplants can tolerate moderate temperatures from 60 – 85° F. Do not go any lower than 60 °F.
- Difficult Level: Easy
